Looking for the perfect space to host your next celebration, meeting, or community gathering? The Perry County Fairgrounds offers versatile, affordable, and welcoming facilities that can be tailored to fit a wide range of events—from family reunions and weddings to livestock shows, craft fairs, and business expos.

Our rental options include:

Multi-Purpose Building – Spacious and flexible for receptions, fundraisers, and indoor events.
Exhibit Hall – Ideal for vendor booths, educational sessions, or smaller events.
Cattle & Chicken Barns – Great for livestock shows or ag-focused exhibitions. PA system available for an added fee.
Entire Fairgrounds – Need room to spread out? Rent the entire property for large-scale events, festivals, or multi-day functions.

All rentals include water, electricity, access to restrooms, and trash bins. Tables and chairs are available and must be returned to their original arrangement after use.

We provide a clean, well-maintained environment and clear rental guidelines to make planning your event easy and stress-free. From casual gatherings to formal events, our spaces bring people together in the heart of Perry County.
