Drawdown Rules and Information
The drawdown is a fun game of chance for the community to enjoy during their meal.
The ticket holder also gains ONE entry into the draw-down game.
Only 140 tickets will be sold; therefore, the odds of winning are 1 in 140.
Each name will be put into a large raffle drum, and at regular intervals, names will be “drawn” out of the drum. If your name is chosen, you are out of the running for the grand prize of $5,000. The goal is to be the last name picked out of the drum.
You have ONE opportunity to purchase a safety for $20. The first time your name is drawn, it will be placed back in the drawing. If your name is chosen for a second time, you are out of the running permanently.
Names will be posted on a large board for everyone to keep track of who is still in the running for the grand prize.
When the drum has only five names left, if the remaining players UNANIMOUSLY agree to split the money, they may do so.
Players will also have this opportunity to split the prize at two names left.
If the money is not split before one name is left in the drum, this player will win a cash prize of $5,000.
Names will be chosen at random; therefore, all decisions are final. No prize money will be split if the decision is not unanimous.
You do not have to be present to win.
Persons who choose to buy tickets but not pick up their steak dinners understand they will be auctioned off to the highest bidder that evening.
A silent auction will be held during the draw-down event. If you participate, you will be required to pay for your items at the end of the auction.
We will also have 50/50 raffle tickets for sale during this dinner. This will be another fantastic opportunity to walk away as a winner.
